Folio Binding!

I decided my book would be a matte black/dark grey colour, as this was 'my' colour, selected at the start of the workshop. Of course, hardcover was preferred, so bookboard was purchased and painstakingly cut and covered with the appropriate colour paper.

Binding-wise, i used bookbinding screws. After stacking my pages and cover up neatly and drilling my holes, I realized my screws were too short! and with a only half an hour before submission, i was unfortunately forced to omit my back cover :(

Anyway, here it is as is.... since submission, i've purchased longer bookbinding screws in hope to some day attatch the back cover...




Oh, and one more thing, during the trip to uni for submission, due to the tight nature of the joints from being too short, one of my bolts fell out as well... which is why you can only see 3 screws in the spine
